New Plan

Ok so after last nights post, which I thank you all for being so supportive, I have broken down the new training schedule. I would like to run the Athens, OH 1/2 marathon on Sunday April 14, I hope schedule allowing. So April 14 is 17 weeks from today I believe that this amount of time will allow me to work up from the bottom. Here it is:

There it is in print and published the running schedule for the next 17 weeks. On top of that there will be a day of arms, legs, and abs every running day. The rest I will flesh out this week...trial by error for the cross training.
