This past weekend

Another piece of my life that people may not know. This weekend in the theater I wore my assistant lighting designer hat. This show is really important to me because it happens to be one of my really good friends thesis which means it has to be PERFECT!!!! Ok so I think I might be more stressed about it than he is but as a good assistant I feel that is my job. Pictures from the weekend: 

My road map for the weekend. This thing means I know where every light in the space is and how it should look (I kind of hold the power) The little trains mean I know where every person in the space is at all times.

 These are just a few shots from the tech table during focus...aka me yelling directions and the designer moving light beams (those are the technical terms)

So that's it what I did this weekend from sun up till well past sun down. I loved it we had a good time once we got started and had a chance to work with some really great people! The show goes into tech Friday so all of this hard work will pay off. More photos to come!
